Upholstery Layers
Darling Deluxe selects only high quality upholstery layers for our mattress production.
Our latex foam is derived from natural rubber sap cooked through a low energy consumption
Dunlop process. Our polyurethane foam layers come in different densities to tailor to various
resilience requirements. Specific comfort layers such as natural wool sheet or cashmere are also available.
The jacquard fabric comes in many varieties such as natural bamboo jacquard, cotton jacquard, stretch
knitted jacquard, water repellent, fire-retardant and so on.
